近日在使用JA Rasite模板的时候，发现其实自带的Ja Sidenews模块在中文字段截取后出现了乱码（如图），这时我们可以用以下两种方法来解决这个问题：

1、使用mb_substr函数，打开该模块目录下的helper.php文件，找到191行，将：
